TES revolves around customer needs, adheres to customer-oriented philosophy, establishes internal management systems such as the RMA System - User Manual, Handling Procedure for Customer Return, and Handling Procedure for Customer Complaints, and implements a customer complaint traceability mechanism. Moreover, the Company has established a customer complaint handling process and implemented corrective measures in a timely manner to meet customer needs for product and service quality.

Data security and Privacy Protection
TES values the Company's own and customers' data security and privacy and strictly abides by the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Information Security Technology - Baseline for Classified Protection of Cybersecurity, and the "Network Security Level Protection System 2.0" and other laws, regulations, and requirements of the place of operation. TES has formulated internal management systems such as the Procedure for Integration of InformatIon and Industrialization Information Security Management, the Measures for Information Security Incident Management, and the Information Security Emergency Plan, and established an information security management architecture of "Top Manager - Management Representative - Information Department - Company Departments", which defines the work responsibilities of personnel responsible for information security related to the integration of information and industrialization and puts the Company's information security management into practice.

Responsible Supply Chain
The main types of materials sourced by TES include Key Parts, EE, ME, etc. The Company strictly complies with the laws and regulations and relevant requirements of the place of operation, such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on Bid Invitation and Bidding, and follows international standards such as the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. TES has formulated management systems such as the Supply Chain Management Manual, the Supplier Social Responsibility Guidelines, and the Measures for Supplier Integrity Management, clarifying supplier approval, contract management, risk assessment, rectification measures, and other management processes and measures to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of supply chain management.
The Company takes supply chain ESG management into account. TES has formulated internal management systems such as the Supplier ESG Management System and the Supplier Anti-corruption Policy, signed procedural documents such as the ESG Code of Conduct Agreement and the Framework Agreement with suppliers, and incorporated ESG-related performance indicators into the supplier screening and evaluation process to ensure compliance with the Company's high standards in terms of environment, social responsibility, and compliance.

Occupational Health and Safety
TES strictly complies with the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Fujian Provincial Work Safety Regulations, the Administrative Measures for Emergency Plans for Work Safety Accidents, and other laws, regulations, and policies in the place of operation. The Company has formulated 69 management systems related to work safety, including the Assessment Measures for Work Safety Goals and Responsibility System and the Management System for Work Safety Responsibility System. The work safety management department is designated as the environmental and safety department, and a work safety and health committee is established, including the principle responsible persons in charge of work safety, the department head of the work safety department, safety administrators, and department heads, to create a safety culture involving all employees.
